Amazing pools and breakfast. I think this is the best location. Friendly stuff, but it would be good to have some important informations written (no one speaks english). We had amazing see view. Thrully reccomended.

Ideal hotel, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, close to the beach. It was our first time with our family in China and we had a great holiday from arrival to departure from the hotel. very attentive staff, they helped with everything we needed. My room was spacious and comfortable, stuff are very helpful and friendly. Good views from the balcony. The location is superb, easy access to many tourist attractions. I also enjoyed the varity of food for breakfast. Special thanks to Merry Liu and Aileen for upgrade my room and preparing a welcome fruit platter and biscuits.

We really liked our weekend at Pullman, the staff is really friendly, helped us a lot. There are several swimming pools, one of them is heated, 31-32 degrees, really nice. It was my birthday during our stay and hotel staff decorated our room and game me little presents, it was so sweet of them. Especially thanks to Eva, who took care of us during our stay there and Mickey for decorating the room. Definitely would spend another vacation here!

The staff Lili is extremely friendly and helpful.. room are spacious/clean and close most of the eateries...We book an early train to airport...they prepare breakfast the day before..I wish to stay there longer..There is a nice restaurant there...and there's a shuttle to pickup and drop off the train station...Will sure share with my friends.i want sincerely thank Lili who are so patient to teach me to book Didi as this my first time in Hainan island...

The location is really convenient, just a few minutes walk from the beach. The room is very clean and the staff is very easy-going. Eating in the surrounding shopping malls is very convenient, and there is food in the lobby. If you have nothing to do, sit down and have a beer. It's very pleasant to have a meal! The boss's service and attitude were excellent. I was very satisfied with the room. It was quite clean and tidy. Unlike many other apartments, the quilts and pillows here were not yellowish. There was a balcony where I could dry my clothes. I felt very comfortable staying here. It's a hotel apartment with a high cost performance. I was recommended to come here by a friend. I will choose to stay at this hotel again when I come to Sanya next time.
