The suggested itinerary comprised all the most beautiful scenery spots in Zhangjiajie and the route was optimized in such a way that we didn't have to stay in queue. Beautiful resort very close to one of the entrance at Zhangjiajie National Park, 10-15' walk. The services they provided were very good. They pick us up from the airport, and gave us a very good explanation to visit the park. Our room was very beautiful with a wonderful view to the park and the surrounding area. They have the cutest dog 🐶 We recommend to stay at the resort.

Our stay at Zhangjiajie Utopia Hotel was exceptional! The service was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. A special shoutout to Lily, who was incredibly helpful throughout our trip—she assisted with everything from planning our itinerary to sorting out currency and even arranging transportation. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice space. It's located next to the Zimugang entrance which is less busy than others. More tranquil surroundings, but still a few restaurants available around. The host Anthony was very helpful, arranged our park entrance tickets in advance, and was always here to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was plentiful and filling & there's also an option to have dinner at the hotel. Overall a great experience and I'd stay here again if I had a chance.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the staff are very friendly ,they picked us up from the train station and have helped us arrange our trip . My mom wanted to prepare her own pancakes and they didn’t hesitate to provide her with all the items . The view from the lodge is amazing as well . We had a magical time in this hotel one of the best.

The room is clean, the decoration is new, the bed is large and comfortable, and most importantly, the location is great, right at the entrance of Tianzi Mountain Forest Park. There are also many options for eating and drinking nearby, and it's very close to the station. The front desk gave us a map of the scenic area and explained the tour routes in detail, which was very helpful to us. The breakfast was delicious, and they even gave us a bag of snacks when we checked out. The value for money is very high.
