Amazing staff who gave us great recommendations on the attractions to visit. We had a very smooth stay and tours thanks to them. Very attentive and responsive ! The room was beautiful, very well furnished and very clean! Breakfast was good with mainly Chinese options.

Starting with the point of contact in WeChat - the lady was very helpful, as she knew English and also arranged transport from Zhangjiajie West to the hotel 10 hours before our arrival. After arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the room - clean sheets, comfy mattresses. They clean your room everyday. The hotel is also 5 min away on foot from the eastern entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. Mountain View Guesthouse is also located on the main street, surrounded by multiple restaurants, where tourists can eat delicious local food.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous, and we absolutely loved our room and the restaurant area. The location is great, very close to the national park. The receptionist and the rest of the staff went above and beyond. If we ever come back we will choose this hotel again! We highly recommend it!

Lovely hotel, the free breakfast was a great help. The owner was a lovely lady who helped us book airport transfer and even helped us book tickets to the glass bridge. She gets a discount too. The location was brilliant. We could walk to the East entrance to Zhangjiajie national forest. We had an amazing stay here and we're sad to say goodbye Wuling town is a treasure.

It was truly an unparalleled experience, absolutely fantastic. Zhangjiajie is incredibly beautiful, and the feeling of being immersed in such a stunning environment was simply wonderful. Their property is very beautiful. The breakfast was also delicious, and the staff here are lovely. We're very grateful for their travel advice and assistance—booking tickets and arranging a guide was extremely efficient. Having an English-speaking butler was so important.

It's only a 5-minute drive to the entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, making the location very convenient. There are various shops and night markets nearby, which is very quick and convenient. The rooms are spacious, with soft and comfortable pure cotton bedding and clean sanitation. Freshly made breakfast is provided daily, and both the front desk and online concierge services are very thoughtful. From the moment of booking, detailed check-in guidance is provided, making you feel right at home. They also offer free help in planning travel routes, so we were able to visit Zhangjiajie without having to do any planning ourselves. They can even help purchase discounted tickets! It's simply amazing 🌟 Highly recommended.

Really great place to stay if visiting the national park. You can walk to the east entrance and also walk to the night market and evening show. Very comfy big beds and large rooms. Very quiet so had really good sleeps. The ladies at the front desk are absolutely wonderful and so so helpful. They helped us plan our days in the park and organised tickets and were so patient with all our questions.

The staff was very friendly and even helped us making the schedule during our stay. If you need suggestions they help you and tell you what you can do. The hotel is also very clean and the location is very nice if you want to visit the National Forest Park. There are a few shops and restaurants around the hotel. where you can buy a few things.
