Our stay at Zhangjiajie Utopia Hotel was exceptional! The service was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Anthony was very helpful explaining us the places to go in the national park and helping us book the tickets for the heavens gate. The Zhangjiajie Forest park entrance is only 10 minutes walking from the hotel and he even accompanied us the first day hiking in the park.

This is an incredibly positive place with extremely helpful and friendly service. It's just a 7-minute walk to the main entrance of the national park, and you'll find a night market right outside the guesthouse. Upon arrival, we received a map and clear instructions on how to navigate the park's main attractions. The staff even helped us get all our entrance tickets. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting this amazing place. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable.

We are very pleased to have come across this hotel. A huge thank you to all the staff especially Hu who showed great care and kindness and was very helpful to us. ☺️ The hotel is ideally located with a beautiful view of the park and beautiful rooms where you can sip delicious Chinese tea. In addition, the hotel offers delicious local dishes prepared by chefs who are clearly masters of their craft. ☺️ All staff very smiling Friendly and very positive towards their guests . Clean spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the national park. ☺️ The hotel staff and the owners will not receive five stars from us but with full responsibility we award six stars 👍🏼☺️. Finally, we would like to add a small detail that even though we didn't have our flight until around midnight, we were able to stay at the hotel and relax in nature with beautiful views of the park. Beautiful hotel located at a small village,great location close to the entrance of national park,no queue up to Avatar mountain.you can enjoying sunrise at the room. Mary is amazing, she planned whole 4 days for us, which was best time spent in China. Her knowledge of park is top. We had breakfast and dinners and her cooking is just amazing. Super delicious food, everyday we had different fruit and also vegetable from her garden. You can not find best stay in Zhanghjijae.
