Such a lovely place! Nice cabins (just like in the pictures), friendly staff, room service for any meal you want to have in your room. We had the family cabin with two separate rooms and two bathrooms (which we didn’t expect). You can rent jetskis (order upfront as they bring it from somewhere else but it was there for us within 10 minutes). Don’t hesitate to go to Guatapé though to spend time in the village and on the water. It’s so worth it!

The staff is incredible always reactive! the bungalow are really nice with a spectacular view! the jacuzzi was a big plus! we loved to used the kayak too.

Everything. It was clean, the gardens were nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The views from my room and the main garden areas were amazing.
