The breakfast in room option was good to have and set us up for the day. Staff were very professional and friendly. Rooms were cleaned every day. Food at the tree top and waiter were excellent. Views from our room were amazing!!

The grounds are beautiful, with birds and animals (we saw a skunk!). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The rooms were spacious and we loved the free coffee that was provided. It’s close to the centre so you can walk to all the restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly.

The propertY has BEAUTIFUL views! The staff is AWESOME and very accommodating. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. I recommend doing the “Garden to Class” experience with Diego. We got to pick fresh herbs and flowers from their garden to make several delicious cocktails. The concierge service is top notch, they made tour and dinner reservations for us while we stayed at the property. Lastly, we loved using all their natural products: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. We purchased some to bring home!

The house itself was beautiful and very well thought out. The property was beautiful and included a walking trail with multiple viewpoints. The ability to have the windows open yet screened to hear the birds and crickets while keeping bugs out. Alex and his family were amazing at helping us with any questions and have so much knowledge and passion of the area. It felt like a luxury stay with family there to guide you and make you feel at home.

Our room was spectacular! We had a view of the sunset every night and went to sleep with the screen door open to peaceful sounds of the forest. We saw lots of wildlife on the property including coatis, agoutis, and many birds including a Crested Guan and a Montezuma Oropendolo in the tree right by our porch! The restaurant was delicious and all of the hotel staff were amazing. They helped us book a ziplining tour and a birdwatching tour with a private guide where we saw the famous quetzal. It was pure heaven.
