The house was very comfortable for us (4 adults, 3 kids). It is located in a sweet little village, approx. 20 minutes from the nearest beach. The pool was amazing too and great fun for the kids. The property manager was helpful with everything we needed, we can definitely recommend this place for family vacation!

we needed a close place to stay nearest to larnica airport as flights got delayed. I booked and called the owners immediately. Got a warm welcome straight away. The house was very big with everything and more. It was late at night and the owners met us with such kindness and warmth after a very stressful time. They went above and beyond to settle us in. I really did not expect this hotel to be as good as it was, welcome drink on check in, free room upgrade, complimentary wine in room, everything you expect from a 5 star in your room including quality toiletries, downstairs has very nice bar area and restaurant with excellent breakfast, in addition the whole place is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and staff are great. A gem in Larnaca I have not discovered before.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed in suite 503, a large and super comfortable room overlooking the ocean, with a seethrough ceiling (which one can close with an automatic system) and a jacuzzi in the terrace. This also gave us access to the lounge, where we could have snacks, fruit, wine and other drinks. What a luxury! The staff was very friendly. It is very close to the centre and seafront Athenon avenue. Breakfast was quite good.
