Very comfortable stay with large rooms and bathroom, including a big desk ideal for work. The rooms are modern and newly furnished, and the entire check-in process, including door access, is fully digitalized. The location is nice, though best suited for those traveling by car. The staff of the hotel is excelent. Very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was great with gluten free options which I appreciate very much as a gluten intolerant person. I also enjoyed the location. Close to the city centre and also to the nature and hiking/cycling trails on the other side of the river.

The hotel is in a great location in Brno old town, facing the “vegetable market” square and with views up to the Cathedral. It is close to the major historical sites that are in easy walking distance, including the Castle and busier main square. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants and shops nearby. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were fortunate to have been offered a room upgrade to a suite, which was much appreciated. The room was large and airy, well equipped and tastefully furnished with good open views of the square. The breakfast buffet was extensive with plenty of cold and hot food selections available, including barista coffee to order. The staff were very also attentive. Overall, a very enjoyable stay that we would be happy to repeat.

Grand Palace Brno is one of my favorite hotel in this trip, staff is very nice and kind; when we arrive and check in, We had Welcome drink, staff helped us to carry the luggage to the room. My friend lost her room key and the receptionist gave us two new rones. The daily cleaning was also very careful. All the service staff were very friendly and would take the initiative to ask if we needed help. when we checked out, they also took the initiative to provide us with two bottles of water for us to drink on the way trip. We also had a very good experience with the Thai massage TAWAN that we cooperated with the hotel. The breakfast is also great overall. There is a tram stop at the hotel door, and it is also close to the supermarket, cabbage market, and the city. I highly recommend this hotel.
