The room was large and tidy, and the staff were friendly. The hotel seemed to be managed in a really efficient way. The breakfast was diverse and we found everything we usually consume for breakfast for example: bacon, frankfurter, eggs (omelette, soft-boiled egg) etc.

Room was very clean and nice.bed was very comfortable. we had a nice terrace. There was bathrobe and slippers available in the room. Breakfast was great - a lot of juices, caffees, tee, sparkling wine, variety of breads, chees, hams, spreads, fruit, vegetables, cakes, different type of egs... We was also at dinner - we choose ala carte- food was excellent, for good prize, very nice staff, good drinks at bar. Wellnes centra was great - with lots of wirpools, saunas... it was not crowded , just more people were at saturday noon. there is also possibility to buy fresh juices, drinks and food there. Just it is not included in prize of the room, you need to pay extra. parking is big and free of charge. Road is a bit tricky, because there are sign just at turn, not before.

It’s my fourth time in this hotel i can clearly say best spa hotel with the giving price in whole Europe. Restaurant is amazing diverse food for all. Staff are the best thing in this hotel they are very nice. Tennis court, gym are awesome. Spa the main thing it can’t be better there’s a staff always there to clean all doors and to wipe water out from the spa section.

The staff was amazing. We had car troubles during our travel and we called to inform of arriving late at night and they were welcoming and understanding. The rooms were clean and cozy, the view from the balcony was magical and the beds were really comfortable. One of the best places I’ve stayed in years.

What a surprise it was. A post-socialism gem walking distance from a lake, with a nice view of the Brno. We were late to meet an english speaking personel, but with modern day technology language isn't a barrier anymore. The personel was very friendly and helpful. The room we got far exceeded our expectations. Breakfast options were plentiful. This is a hotel definitely worth going to.
