Lovely relaxing place in a beautiful setting. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Clean and cosy room with a bath on legs. Plenty of space and ways to sit and relax in the hotel grounds (tables and chairs, sun beds, deck chairs, benches, swings, etc. They keep deers and lamas in the ground, which we could feed. The restaurant and breakfast bar were both very atmospheric with plenty of great food choices.

Good hotel in the centre on a precinct but a good carpark at the rear .they let me put my motorbike in a garage for free .staff were friendly and helpful breakfast was easy going the room was good and spacious. Ideal place for seeing the city .

Fantastic super comf apartment at just round the corner from the beautiful central square in Cheb/Eger. Very welcoming freindly owners, who speak perfect German & English. Private free safe parking in the inner court. We booked the larger apartment on the last floor ( no lift, as it's a gothic authentic old palace), with private entrance, open kitchen, living room, bedroom with 2 single beds, large modern bathroom with more than enough towels and a super good hairdryer, an upper romantic double bedroom, reachable by a wooden safe staircase. The owner prepared both the kitchen and the whole flat with her ❤️, she didn't forget even the smallest detail. In the kitchen there's everything, even coffee, salt, sugar. We've been welcomed by fresh coffee and homemade apple strudel!! The fridge is better than a minibar in a deluxe hotel: if you want, for a small price, you may use all the drinks available! Our dog's been most welcome, without extra charge. They love dogs as they have a lovely one themselves. And if you wish to get a massage or a sauna, they can also offer these services in a separate premise/shop in the basement. We would like to come back, it's been a special experience, also because the historical town of CHEB is a perfect jewel, with well-maintained houses and some very rich interesting museums.
