Amazing place! Best stay we had in our whole trip, where we visited 6 countries. Very spacious, well equipped, located in a beautiful area. This place had everything we needed and so much more. The owner was polite and helpful. Best part - pet friendly, and around the property there is plenty of space to walk the dog.

We were welcomed by Tomas and shown to our lovely room on the top floor of the house, we parked securely within the gated garden, he even helped to carry our suitcases and told us all about the local area, sadly we were only staying one night and had plans to visit Dvur Kralove zoo the next day. We had everything we could possible need in the kitchen and in the room. Would happily stay again if we are in the area

The surroundings of Malé Svatoňovice are beautiful, ideal for electric bikes. We don't go to restaurants, we cooked ourselves in the equipped kitchen. Transport is great, accommodation is close to the train station and bus stop. There is nothing that would bother me here and I would like to avoid it.
