Beautiful views, plenty of reasonably priced restaurants, a lake with exceptionally warm water (mid-August). The surrounding vineyards (you can taste local wines) are truly impressive. The castle on the hill looks stunning (it's a shame I didn't have time to visit it). I'll definitely be back for a longer trip.

A beautiful and charming place. The reservoirs attract thousands of birds. The ruins of castles on the hills lend a mysterious character. The picturesque vineyards encourage relaxation – in every way and form.

Pavlov is a very beautiful place and I definitely recommend...

Pavlov is a very beautiful place and I definitely recommend visiting the local cellars - for us it is the Antoš winery :-) and the local Archeopark, a very interesting museum, is definitely worth a visit. For tourists, it is worth climbing to Dívčí Hrady, where there is a beautiful view of the surroundings.

Excellent location for trips to the surrounding area by car, bike or public transport, sufficient amenities in the village (shop, choice of dining options, etc.). Many options for sitting with a glass of wine and buying directly from the winemakers. Visitors must take into account the location on a slope (people with reduced mobility, families with strollers).

A beautiful village on the banks of the Novomlýnské...

A beautiful village on the banks of the Novomlýnské reservoirs, many wine cellars, a starting point for excursions to Pálava. We had a great meal in the restaurant of the Hotel Pavlov, and in the evening we had fun in the cellars. We took the bus to Mikulov and from there we walked back through Pálava with a stop in Klentnice U zrzavého Rona. The bus also runs in the other direction to Lednice.

We stayed for one night on our way back from Croatia. We were impressed with how beautiful the area is. The hotel is easy to find with navigation, there is free parking, a small shop nearby. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was huge, very clean, the bed super comfortable. The wellnes part - you need to pay extra (but it is not a very big charge) and book in ahead. I used the sauna and it was great. Breakfest was incredible, a big choice of food, good coffee, amazing baked sweets, clearly freshly made.

Great location with a view! I believe it's located in the center of Pavlov, assuming based on the wine bars around! The host was really welcoming and allowed us to check out later which we appreciated. If you go by car there's a lot to see around, from the Archeopark, to quarry (for swim) or go for a hike to Devicky. Beautiful view from the terrace/garden on the vineyard and Devicky!
