Lovely rebuild villa, very welcoming and kind hostess. The cotton sheets were fresh and crispy, breakfast was a bit different every morning and it gave a feeling that we are at home. We arrived quite late and missed our grocery shopping on the way, so hostess offered us not only some bred and bottle of water but also cold and good tasting Czech beer (it was available all the time in the Pension, but on our last evening there was nice Moravian wine in fridge as well). We are travelling by motorcycle and besides the good parking space the room was spacious enough to put all the equipment (enough hangers and shelves) and when it looked like rain would start we were offered to put the motorcycle in the garage). Even if there were some bit oldish things that didn’t matter- the attitude is 70% of success of this business and here we got the best during our trip through 5 countries.

- location - close to the forest, within walking distance to the town, quiet - very well-equipped - you can do proper cooking here (sharp knives, usable frying pan - something not that often to be found in holiday house kitchens) - great communication with the host - fast, friendly; we even got home produced eggs - fireplace

The location is not easy to get to, but it is worth it. There is a golf centre next door and a lot of beautiful landscapes. The hotel is brand new, clean, and the furniture and equipment are well-designed. During summertime, a lot of swimming options are available

Breakfast was perfectly organised with a nice little selection. Staff were exceptionally friendly without being 'in your face'. Facilities were clean, comfortable and spacious. Everyone we met was helpful and accommodating, especially with our 2 small dogs. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

A quiet place to spend the night with a nice garden.

A quiet place to spend the night with a nice garden. However, the nearest restaurant with a hot dinner option is in Kunžak (4 km). If you take that into account and have a meal on the way to Strmilov, you won't mind. Close to Telč, Třebíč, Slavonice, ....

Quiet, nice place. There is also a shop.

Quiet, nice place. There is also a shop. For children there is a corner, for adults a place to toast buns or barbecue in the Pod Šibeňákem guesthouse. From this destination it is a short distance to trips to various cities. I recommend accommodation.

Quiet destination on the outskirts of the village, well-kept house and garden, possibility of using outdoor seating, large bathroom, possibility of using fridge and coffee maker, helpful owners and staff, friendly attitude towards dogs. Good and varied breakfast, always fresh pastries, fruit.
