Beautiful, quiet area. Nice hotel. I wish that the hotel provided a written guide to the hotel amenities. I had no idea that there was a choice of Restaurants, no idea where the Pool was! No information was given at check--in. No information was available in the room. The village was nice and Freudenstadt was easy to get to and explore. I wasn't there for activity, only for rest and the Traube Tonbach was good but Interaction of Rezeption Staff was poor. I didn't feel very welcome there.Guest review byFrankIreland - 10.0

I was visiting friends; we either walked or they drove me everywhere, but Baiersbronn seems to have good bus and train service; I don't think a car is needed to enjoy the area. It offers gorgeous views and many wonderful paths. We visited the Mummelsee one day and the Buhlbach glass museum another. That day we ate at the Forellen Hof there and combined with a walk through the forest, overlooking the valley, that was a great outing.Guest review byMichelleUnited States

You can reach lots of hiking routes by foot from the hotel. It’s location is also perfect to rest, since it is located at the end of the Tonbachtal (valley). We had a room with view to the forest.
