We booked the hotel last minute, and despite entering the wrong building for check-in, we were quickly checked in and re-directed to the room. The room was super comfortable, clean and warm. the shower had amazing pressure. the next day we purchased breakfast there and it was so so good - one of the best omelets I've had in a while.

This is a great family run place, right in the middle of the old town of Gengenbach. With all amenities you could need. Sauna, outdoor pool, outdoor breakfast/lunch/diner. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Gengenbach is a small town I'd seriously recommend visiting and it's a great place to stay for a few days.

Beautiful setting with mountains and forests as a backdrop. Inside the property it is immaculate in every sense and the staff are really obliging. Evening meal was really high quality and breakfast was a nice surprise as it was table service and a lot more relaxing. We will definitely be back.

This was my 3rd stay. It is a great hotel with friendly staff. Service during breakfast is superfriendly: I ordered scrambled eggs, which were served within minutes. And they came even asking if you need something else. There is enough parking space in front of the hotel.

Big room with balcony. Clean and excellent beds. Breakfast was very good (10 EUR p.p.). We had dinner in the garden. Abundant and good quality. This hotel is approx. 12 kms from the highway.
