Modern, exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment which is very well equipped and has quality furnishings. On a quiet residential street and has lovely views. Very cheerful welcome from Timm who offered great advice about where to park whilst visiting the castles/lake.

I got an upgrade to a room with a full view of Neuschwanstein Castle. I could even enjoy a view of the castle from the bathtub. The room (Lohengrin themed) also came with a balcony overlooking the castle. The staff was super friendly and can arrange tickets to the castle for you. The hotel also has wellness options, and I booked a great massage there. Tip: Check out the Alpsee mountain lake, a 15 minute walk from the hotel. It is close to the Hohenschwangau Castle and absolutely gorgeous. It was really hot during my stay, but the lake was nice and cool; it was ideal for a refreshing swim.

The view! Just superb. We could not see the Castle from our balcony, but still the lake and mountains were gorgeous and we could see everyrhing from the private beach. We really appreciated the beach equipment available and the little playground for kids. The room was very spacious with enough room for the family to stay for a week or longer. The kitchen had all the equipment needed and enough cutlery and plates that we did not have to wash everything immediately after one meal. The bed was comfy, everything was clean and the liitle welcome present was also a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay. The staff are all excellent, from the check in counter, to the doorman, the waiter and waitress as well as the spa. I recommend trying the reflexology treatment at the spa.

- I had a room with a balcony and it had a view. Perfect. table and chair in the balcony. - Bed was comfortable. - sofa in the room made a great addition. - breakfast was not big, but it had enough. plenty of cold cuts and cheeses. sausages and eggs were always there. some fruit and something sweet. several cereals were available. - staff was very accomodating. - location was perfect for me. 10 minutes walk to the centre and 10 minutes walk to the lake on the other side. there is a passage way close by and it makes it perfect for a little walk or even to take the pathway to the centre.
