Great apartment, very large for me on my own ;-) It had more than I needed, very spacious. Kitchen and washing machine and is very modern. Entrance with key box (I read the message too late but was helped via telephone quickly)

We were there to see the Rhein Falls, and the location was perfect. We had a problem with our TV not working, and when we called, they moved us to another room right away. When we had questions, there was a member of cleaning staff on site and they were able to explain how the check in process and parking process worked.

We liked absolutely everything about it. We were to arrive very late at night as we were coming from Holland to the south of Germany, which was a very long drive. The lady from the hotel called us and instructed on how to let ourselves in as we would arrive past check-in time. After we got to the hotel, it was easy to find a parking space and we let ourselves into our rooms very easily. We were impressed how big the apartments were. The bathroom was huge and very clean. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we ever had at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and extremely pleasant. We wish we could have stayed longer there...

The first encouter was with the staff. They are friendly, helpful and sincere. The hotel is located near the border with Switzerland and everything is within reach. The room itself was large and clean. My plan was to leave early in the morning to continue my journey, but I found it hard to do so. Slept very well and hopefully will return in tbe near future.
