The hotel was not rated yet. I would say 4star+ . Brand-new hotel built in a modern way with the intention to suggest traditional environment. Wood everywhere, modern, highest quality. Natural oak floors everywhere (except bathroom), natural oak modern doors, oak window frames. Huge rooms, beautiful decoration, huge, modern and top quality bathrooms.

So, we absolutely loved this hotel. Super dog friendly we had a top floor room. Comfy beds. Large room. The restaurant menu is quite limited due to a refurbishment of the kitchen and reviews reflect this but…..as things are progressing they are offering much more. We had lunch and were so impressed we decided to try an evening meal. What a winner. Ribeye steak cooked to absolute perfection. Melt in the mouth and so tender. Well done that chef. Best steak ever and seriously I am a steak snob. Pork medallions wrapped in bacon with plums. Beautiful. Drinks were very very reasonable. Breakfast was substantial and varied. Wonderful. Staff professional and very happy. Well done everyone from kitchen to reception. Management note… you have a great team and a superb chef. Its been a pleasure.

The room was large and had a great view, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well decorated, and the reception staff was very welcoming. Nice rooms. All new and spacious. Restaurant was a disappointment. Seemed like staff was not experienced. Long queue to the coffee machine. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because they had great ratings on the breakfast. It is beyond my intelligence how they got that rating.
