found myself in the area one day earlier than expected so i was scrambling for some place to sleep and found this gem. located in a lovely mountain valley you get to fall asleep to a sound of a stream in a comfy bed. the checkin is done via a kiosk and it is fairly intuitive as i did not need to resort to using the AI assistant or the emergency phone number (would not want to wake anyone up at the hour i arrived anyway). a cherry on top is a 24/7 self service restaurant where you can get basic refreshments. ran into some staff at breakfast and everyone was friendly. 10/10 would stay again

A real winter wonderland just 2 hours drive from Berlin. We got an upgrade to a nice room with a private sauna and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel seems to be loved by families with kids and dogs (it’s pet friendly). There are many trails for hiking and cross-country ski that start right near the hotel. There are also cute farm animals in and around the hotel :)

We had a great time at Lindenhof Michaelis. A lot of thought and effort has been put into the design and renovation of the appartements. They are very modern, luxurious and clean. My girlfriend was very happy with the dishwasher, which added to the relaxed holiday experience :) Heike and Uwe are kind, quick to react and speak English very well. We enjoyed our conversation with them alongside a homemade cocktail. The location is great for trips to Saxon Switzerland National Park, the Kamenice Gorge and Dresden.

The location was perfect for us becuase we wanted some real calm break from the cities. I wrote this in english, to feel comfortable to visit this place for others who got limited german knowledge as well. the host familybwas really nich and they were so professional as well. i would come again on winter time as well.
