Everything was perfect, it would take to long to write it out. We will be back again with family. the owner and staff were amazing, the room was fantastic and the views and atmosphere was top notch, second to none. Breakfast was excellent.

Great wine tavern, unfortunately very crowded and reservations not possible. I was less pleased that few restaurants were open; perhaps due to the time of year, but I can't say for sure as I was only there for two days.

Gundelsheim, with its half-timbered houses, is well worth...

Gundelsheim, with its half-timbered houses, is well worth seeing. The impressive Horneck Castle, with its Transylvanian Museum, is another highlight. The small but charming Christmas market, with its very civilized visitors, is also a special treat! And for chocolate lovers, there's the well-stocked Schell Chocolate Shop.

A charming, sleepy, not to say somewhat sleepy little town, with lovingly renovated historic buildings in the center. Unfortunately, there are hardly any restaurants in the historic old town.

The area around Gundelsheim and along the Neckar River is beautiful and highly recommended. There are many opportunities for excursions, and you're always surrounded by stunning nature. I love Gundelsheim and its people :-)

Gundelsheim boasts a beautiful old town with a variety of restaurants. The Weinbau Pavillon and the small Italian restaurant are highly recommended. All parking is free. Several hiking trails start from Gundelsheim, and numerous attractions are located nearby.

We were there between Christmas and New Year's.

We were there between Christmas and New Year's. Unfortunately, all the restaurants, cafes, and shops were closed, so you had to drive a bit to find a place to eat. This made the place seem rather dreary.

Nice hotel in a historic setting. The hotel tried to keep the old elements while all the modern comfort is present as well. I asked a room adapted to disabled persons and a second room close to the first one and both requests were taken into account. The view from the room was great as well, looking over the vinyards and the Neckar. Really nice breakfast with a large choice in the morning.
