As non German speaking guests with very little knowledge of the region we were unsure how our stay would go but we had a great time meeting interesting people and learning a little about the area and the wine Our room was large and comfortable, quiet and airy, and spotlessly clean. We had a well equipped separate kitchen area with a dining room table in it, as well as a light bathroom with a shower There is a supermarket and bakery close by so we could prepare a meal for the evenings without difficulty too. The breakfast was simple and fresh and we enjoyed joining other guests at a long refectory dining room table. It was a bonus to be offered eggs in addition to a plate of fresh fruit and a platter of meats and cheeses with breads, yoghurt and coffee by the lovely team of people. who looked after us for the meal. The garden and outside areas are comfortable and guests are invited to use them which is lovely and Axel and Ute, together with their son, Heinrich, made us feel relaxed straight away. They are also totally professional and obviously run a "good ship" both in the winery and in the accommodation.

This is my second time at the hotel and I even recommended it to a bunch of friends. The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are big and comfortable (I prefer soft beds and the mattress is hard but that's ok), the breakfast offers plenty of options and I always dine at the hotel restaurant because it's very good too! A modern and very high quality hotel with superb interior, fashionable bar and a great buffet breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious and the whole hotel is extremely stylishly decorated and fitted out. Paid car parking on site and just a few minutes walf down the hill into Dinkelsbühl town. Staff are very attentive, friendly and efficient.

Perfect for an overnight stop during a long drive. It has everything you need. Good TV and WiFi, comfortable bed. Everything was clean. It was surprisingly quiet during my stay.
