It's my 4th of 5th time in this hotel and still one of the best to stay. Friendly and helpfull staff. Clean and big rooms, very good quality of sleeping. Free parking around the hotel. Nice buffet for the breakfast. Very close to the "Altstad".

    Great breakfast, buffet style taken in the main hotel. Large room, basic but adequate. There are stairs no lift. This is an annex above a steak house - you need to go around the corner to the main hotel, which has a seated statue of one of the Grimm Brothers outside, to collect your key, Very near the bus station, market and town centre. Hanau has a direct S-Bahn line to the airport and is a major rail hub so good public transport.

    Well, unfortunately the event we went to Hanau was cancelled and we had to leave earlier. I inquired whether we could get reimbursed for the extra 3 nights, but they couldn't do it because we went through booking. They sounded like that they would have done so, if the booking was done directly through the hotel. They suggested to that I revert to booking.com, but I appreciated the effort and kindness on their part.

    The Hotel is well located with a nice restaurant in walking distance as well as you will find a bar/ restaurant at the hotel. The rooms a clean, silent with a cosy style. An attantive staff is welcoming you and is doing all the hemp you need. The Grimm`s is my place to stay when for biz in Hanau.
