The host was ill and we felt sorry for her and let her go to rest. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. There was plenty of tea and coffee. It was like being at home from home. Everything you needed was here.

The room was magnificent. Since several years now i got disappointed by the quality of hotels in the range of 50-100 euro. For that price, you could find good hotels ten years ago. Hotel Lamm is the first hotel where i actually got happy and relaxed to stay in. Neat room, large enough, excellent beds and sheets, Nice decorated, breakfast was excellent, very friendly staff/owners.

I spent only one night at Hotel Hirsch, arriving late in the night. The owner was very flexible, the key was left for us, we could after breakfast in the morning. The beds were comfortable, the room was cosy and tidy.

    I was here for work, not free time so I don't think my answer is a good guiding point for other people on a holiday. I needed to stay here for a week but on a holiday I think you don't need that much time here because there is not so much to do in the area.
