The staff were extremely helpful and lovely. We arrived out of the check-in hours so they left the key and all we needed to access the hotel and our room ready for us. I was celebrating my birthday during our stay and they organised a surprise for me: our breakfast table was facing the river, I got a card, a piece of cake with a candle and a glass of sekt. It was really special, thank you again! The room was spacious and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The bed was perfect and very comfy. The location was fantastic for the purpose of our trip, close to everything and just 25 min walk from the train station. It was really practical. We also received restaurant recommendations from the hotel staff, and they were spot on. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

A little home from home that had everything needed for an overnight or couple nights stay. Amazing bathroom with great size shower and lots of hot water. The room is like a little apartment with kitchenette to do your own cooking and included a large fridge freezer. Very comfy beds, great heating system and would definitely stay again. As there wasn't a reception, check in was harder for us as the messages were all in German and we had to ask for help from a lovely lady that was checking in at the same time. Maybe the messages could have been translated before being sent to us as our booking was in english so obviously we were not German. This was our only issue with the place but will know for next time. The place was only a short distance from the highway so a great stop over when travelling through.

    I booked for 2 adults and 3 children. (3-5 and 7 yrs old) When we arrived we only got 4 beds and 4 pillows. Staff was not willing to come up with a solution and told me this was a problem I had to take up with booking.com. Staff was very unfriendly.

    The hotel seems a bit old, but nevertheless the rooms are very comfy and clean and they have everything you need! The bathroom was very nice, the beds were comfy and clean. The staff was also super helpful, especially the old guy serving us in the restaurant. The breakfast was decent, but nothing super special. The parking is wide and convenient. Overall, very good stay!

    The hotel was nice; the personnel very friendly, understanding and helpful (they put our food in the hotel's cold room, because there was no fridge in the room and too hot that day/night); the room nice, but a bit old.
