Our stay was, in one word, perfect. We had initially booked for just one night, but we were so captivated by the entire atmosphere, the impeccable style, and the sheer cleanliness of our room that we spontaneously decided to extend our stay for another night. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed in the most hospitable way. A special thank you goes to Carolien, who is absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and patient in answering all our messages, making us feel completely at ease. Her generosity was truly above and beyond; we were given the opportunity to check out an hour later and were treated to a minibar filled with complimentary drinks. The room itself was a masterclass in design. The decor was so tastefully done, with a soothing palette of green and gray tones complemented by a beautiful wooden parquet floor. The bathroom was simply a dream—the quality and attention to detail were exceptional, and the shower was absolutely amazing. It was the kind of bathroom you wish you had at home! Comfort is clearly a top priority here. We slept like babies in the incredibly comfortable beds. The convenience of free on-site parking was another fantastic bonus. We will definitely be going back. Thank you, Carolien, for an amazing and truly unforgettable stay!

This is a very nice property that has been refurbished to a very high standard, it looks like no expense has been spared. The owner and his family were exceptionally friendly. The restaurant has to be a dining experience not to be missed, an absolute gem of a place. We could not take breakfast at the hotel but the recommendation of the local bakery proved to be very good. Would highly recommend.

We stayed only one night on our journey to holiday. The accomodation has its own fridge, cofee machine and small kitchen. Perfect for a short stay. We also appreciated a parking place just befor the app door. The on-line check in was easy.

We strolled through Niedernberg on Ash Wednesday evening, but all the restaurants were closed because of the big carnival parade the day before. This wasn't a problem, though, as we had eaten very well at the hotel. The town made a very nice impression, and I'm sure we would have found a cozy restaurant to eat in on any other day.

The price/performance ratio was poor.

The price/performance ratio was poor. The bar was unavailable, as was the outdoor area. There was insufficient staff in the restaurant area, although they were very helpful. Access to the beach area after check-out was only possible for a fee; the service was inadequate.

The lakeside hotel in Niedernberg is fantastic and pleasantly surprised us. A wonderful complex situated on a beautiful, turquoise lake with direct access to a beach area complete with a beach bar, lounge, and restaurant. Exactly what we were looking for.

The separate beds were a problem.

The separate beds were a problem. Putting the double bed into twins wasn't a solution either, as the beds were too narrow to sleep comfortably. The furniture was very old. Not a 4-star hotel. Not recommended for people with mobility issues.
