This hotel is absolutely superb the staff are amazing the breakfast is amazing and we had a meal in the restaurant also amazing can’t rate this hotel highly enough plus if you’re taking your bicycles they have a dedicated storage garage with lots of charging points for your electric bikes will definitely stay here again in the future ❤️

We stayed twice over a three week period and were pleased with the welcoming reception and the quality of the food both at breakfast and the evening dinner. Philip on our first visit and Cecilia on our return were both particularly helpful and chatty. Very clean and comfortable room and easy parking on the market square at the front of the hotel made for a very pleasant stay.

Perfect stay for us 3 adults. The service was terrific and the food plenty an delicious. We had graved salmon on rösti and a barn-door sized schnitzel. Would recommend anyone to stay there.

We had an outstanding stay at Hotel & Restaurant “Zur Post” in Otterndorf bei Cuxhaven. From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service and warm hospitality. Traveling with our four field spaniels, we were delighted by how accommodating the hotel was. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the restaurant—despite closing hours, the staff went above and beyond to prepare a delicious dinner for us, ensuring we had an unforgettable dining experience. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious living room and a kitchen. The bathroom is beautiful and also has a washing machine. Everything is super clean, tidy and modern. Even though we only stayed for a night this apartment is also suitable for much longer stays. Thank you for the wonderful time - if we're back in the area we hope to visit you again.
