We liked the charm of this old house. The location is very quiet and we loved seeing the deer in the field each morning. Breakfast was superb. The sauna area was very nice and modern.

The apartment is tastefully and comfortable furnished! Very modern and well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is modern and trendy designed. Everything is fitting together and is tastefully furnished. We had a small greeting attention, which made everything even more welcoming! The location is beautiful, quiet and private. It is perfect for having a small escape from the city and just enjoy a comfortable and cosy winter weekend (which we did)!

Samtens itself wasn't particularly exciting, but it's a great starting point for excursions, for example to the Baltic Sea resorts and other beautiful spots on Rügen – the ODEG train works wonderfully here! It's not really suitable for relaxed cycling, though, as there are no cycle paths.

We explored the island of Rügen by car and on foot. The village of Samtens has a rural character, somewhere in the middle of nowhere, without any highlights. The Hotel Soibelmans is located next to an industrial park.

The hotel is well located on Rügen.

The hotel is well located on Rügen. We always take the opportunity to visit the Störtebeker Festival from there. Our grandchildren would have loved to stay at the hotel a little longer. The sports facilities are excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinoland is recommended, as is the Störtebecker Open-Air Theatre, the thermal baths, the spa town of Binz, and the nature reserve. Aldi, Netto, and Lidl supermarkets are nearby. There's a gas station right on the corner; otherwise, they're few and far between on the island.

I recommend going with family and/or friends; fantastic sports facilities including a swimming pool; check out their website; book wellness treatments upon arrival; beds could be more comfortable; parking is free; breakfast is excellent and plentiful.

Everything was great. We hadn't expected such a large room.

Everything was great. We hadn't expected such a large room. The sleeping area was separate, and the bathroom was huge. The service at the hotel was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We were very satisfied and are already looking forward to our next visit.

This is a nice hotel, ideal for sport vacation or for a short stay. We got a big family suite - 2 rooms + bathroom. Breakfast included. There are many sport offers on site: gym, tennis, bouldering, badminton etc. Also the location is perfect if you want to stay for the night but explore Rügen during the day, as it is pretty in the middle of the island

Hotel is located in a really quiet and friendly surrounding, with a shop as far as a short walk. The rooms were clean, and there were plenty of free parking spaces available for the car. The hotel offers also a pool, gym, and other sport facilities, which is really great.

The sport facilities belonging to the hotel are a great treat. The gym is a bit outdated, but still leagues better than your average hotel gym. Sadly, we didn't get to use the sauna or the swimming pool, but they looked amazing.
