The location was perfect for our overnight stay travelling back to the UK. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The restaurant was closed the evening we stayed, but recommendations were made and we could purchase drinks from the bar. The terrace and gardens were delightful and our bedroom was lovely, with superb views over the countryside. Breakfast was superb, with fruits, hams, cheeses, choice of eggs and breads, plus the nicest cured salmon we tasted for a long time.

Breakfast was delicious and so very beautifully presented. Lots of choice and delicacies to sample. Coffee was excellent too. We had a room with a garden view on first floor which was quiet and peaceful. The staff were all very hospitable and helpful. We spoke only basic German but most were fluent in English. We were delighted to be offered a drink and snack on our arrival, lovely touch. Facilities were excellent, clean and well maintained. Excellent convenient location away from the harbor noise and ferry terminal, but only a 5-7 minute walk to old town. We did not have an opportunity to enjoy a dinner/meal at the hotel restaurant, next time!

The position of the hotel is overlooking a fabulous lake. They have a lovely outdoor restaurant with outdoor lights for evening meals and it looks amazing. The room was lovely and clean and overlooked a courtyard below. Bathroom was clean and bright. Staff were lovely and friendly at the front desk and checking is was easy and fast. It is walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops and lovely wine bars overlooking the lake. The breakfast was vast and plentiful, it had everything you could ask for. Excellent stay with super helpful and kind front of house. They gave us the right info, great tips and made sure we have a great stay too! Room and bathroom were on the small side, but that was fine for us. Location was perfect too...close to everywhere, yet close to a car park too.

It was a good hotel (I was in Ibis Styles Konstanz). Newly renovated inside and great reception + bar. Always coffee, tea, water and drinks (included in the price). The room had everything you need, the room itself was newly renovated. Opposite there is a shop and cafe. It takes 10 minutes to get to the center, you can also walk or rent a bike (the city is small).
