The staff were very attentive, professional and friendly. One pointer: I called reception (on 3 different occasions over 2 different days), and the phone simply rang out. So there is a need for more staff, as the hard-working (1) reception guy, is not able to be in every place at every time. Breakfast was very nice. The only thing I would add is that I would have liked scrambled eggs, the hard-boiled eggs felt 3 days old.

The staff member, especially the middle-aged woman between 30-45 years old who wears glasses, is not welcoming. She speaks to people in a disrespectful manner, full of arrogance and pride. She deceived me during a booking — the room was supposed to cost €64, but she charged me €80. After a long argument, she refunded me. Here is the proof.”
