Very convenient apartment, we were with a toddler. The bedroom had a good isolation from the living room and we could watch tv and talk while the child was sleeping. The owners are super friendly. The pond and the garden are totally zen and we enjoyed the evenings there.

Bedrana was a lovely and helpful host. The property was spotlessly clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the sofa bed in the living room very easy to pull out and put away again. Lovely place to outside in the garden. Very quiet and peaceful location in glorious countryside and just a short trip to all the lakes and pretty towns. We had a perfect few days there!

The apartments were exceptionally well equipped and immaculately clean. The location was wonderfully peaceful and just a short walk to the lake. The hosts were so helpful and we enjoyed the garden so much with our kids. We were without our own transport but the hosts were happy to provide a shuttle both to and from the accommodation from Fürstenberg. We enjoyed the breakfast at the weekend which provided a delicious array of goodies. The artistic surroundings at the property were a delight to be amongst. Absolutely delightful stay.

Beautiful location in the middle of the forest; access is...

Beautiful location in the middle of the forest; access is really only possible by motorized vehicles due to its remote location. However, you are rewarded with a private lake and an even better sauna complex. The food is very good, prices are normal for hotels, and breakfast is also suitable for vegans.

The name says it all: Waldsee is exactly what its name...

The name says it all: Waldsee is exactly what its name suggests: forest and lake – and the very best of both. If you're looking for action and events, this isn't the place for you. But if you simply want to relax and unwind, you've come to the right place.

We especially enjoyed the sauna area and the subsequent swim...

We especially enjoyed the sauna area and the subsequent swim in the lake. In the evening, we were able to eat outside on the restaurant terrace; the dogs were with us too – simply perfect. This wasn't our first time at the Waldsee, and it certainly won't be our last. Pure relaxation and tranquility.

Good location.

Good location. Somewhat dated, worn carpeting in the hallways. No electrical outlets in the room, only one in the bathroom. Very dog-friendly – they even provide extra towels for pets. Very friendly staff. Free use of sauna and rowboats; lake right next to the hotel.

A truly beautiful setting.

A truly beautiful setting. The lake, nestled in nature, is tranquil and surrounded by forest, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for sitting on a bench on a jetty. The food is excellent, and the value for money seems ideal. The staff is very friendly.
