Beautiful and peaceful hotel with excellent sauna facilities! We stayed in a Sonne room and loved the spaciousness, wooden furnishings and balcony looking over the gardens. Breakfast was splendid, with bread from their own bakery and many vegan options among the different spreads, home made apple juice etc. Little touches were taken care of too, with tea lights and yogi tea bags in room. The whole surroundings felt really peaceful and we would have liked to stay for longer. The sauna facilities are small but perfect for two people, with sauna and Ruheraum, each in a little converted wagon, and outdoor pool. We could also use the big sauna at the partner house (ten minutes drive) which has both bio and Finnish saunas and big Ruheraum. Thank you for a peaceful and relaxing stay!

The hotel has recently reopened after an ownership change and renovation. The room was of a good side and had a nice view over the yacht harbor.Breakfast was excellent and I am sure the hotel will be very successful.

Our suit appeared to have 3 rooms - a master bedroom, a small living room, and a single room. And a huge terrasse with sunbeds. Very nice staff. Breakfast choice also included two kinds of smoked fish.

Aside from its proximity to the Baltic Sea beach, there are no activities available; you have to entertain yourself. Families with children have many options at the holiday complex, which is also very spacious, but everything is outdated. Keep a close eye on children to avoid injury.

A beautiful spot on the Baltic Sea, a nice hotel, very nice rooms, the mini-fridge was good for drinks, a kettle would have been nice. Half-board was mediocre, breakfast was okay, just a bit monotonous, dinner was generally too bland.

Boltenhagen, Wismar.

Boltenhagen, Wismar. We usually had coffee and cake in the late afternoon and were full by evening. We didn't need that much; we're not spring chickens anymore. We traveled by car and used it as a base for our excursions.

A lovely, not too large town.

A lovely, not too large town. All the houses are intact and lovingly restored, as well as new ones. The best ice cream parlor for miles around. The bike paths are well-developed, and the beach area is fantastic. The hotel complex is well-suited for families.

Wohlenberg itself doesn't really have much to offer (except, of course, the Baltic Sea, which is why you're here). The advantage, however, is that it doesn't seem very crowded, and those who like a bit of hustle and bustle are close to Boltenhagen or Wismar. So it's practically ideal as a "base camp".

I've already left a very positive review, but I forgot to mention the fantastic breakfast. Everything was perfect. From egg fried eggs and cake to fish, fruit, muesli, minced meat, cold cuts, cheese, and so much more. Thank you! We felt very comfortable. The room was great, and especially the restaurant with its friendly staff. We'll be back.
