The first thing, when you arrive in the new country, is the currency that how you have to spend your money and change it. Some people have credit card that maybe they don't have problem with that, but some tourists has a big problem. Maybe for controlling the tax and other issue in a country it would be needed not to accept cash. But you can provide some chargeable cards for tourists that they can buy them from the specific center at the airport. the tourists, who doesn't have cards or just have dollars or euros, can fill out a form to request a credit card. When they leave the country, they return the card and if they don't, they have to pay the penalty. With this way, the government can earn money from the tourists and control the tax, Even though with this new cards for tourists, they don't need to go to the office to refund tax (Tax free, or ..). And please be aware, the people don't know which Note in your country is illegal and forbidden, for example, 500 Euro in Copenhagen or other cities (if it's illegal, why do they produce this Note?!!!;(!!! )

We found Copenhagen a very easy city to navigate and with a super relaxed and friendly vibe. In 3 nights we had excellent food and drink, especially beers. Tourist attractions were a bit sparse in their variety and interest to us versus other European cities we have visited. We did expect it to be expensive but some places were ridiculous. £15 for about 100ml of average Rioja in the covered food market took the biscuit. My advice would be to do lots of research re bars and restaurants ahead of your trip. Luckily we booked restaurants in advance and for Fridays and Saturdays this is essential. Biggest recommendations are Vespas restaurant and Skaal bar.

Such a beautiful city with great restaurants and friendly people. We just walked around and didn't really visit anything specific apart from the little Mermaid which is quite little. The architecture is so wonderful that I didn't feel the need to visit museums.

Copenhagen is a lovely city to walk around as as there is always something interesting around the corner. It balances old and new very well and seems to have more than it's fair share of palaces and museums. The centre is compact and it's easy to travel around and there are wonderful bakeries everywhere where you can get coffee and excellent pastries or sandwiches. It's not a cheap city to eat out in but the food is very good and the food halls are excellent places to explore. It does get a bit busy down by the main tourist areas such as Nyhavn, even in the autumn, but it's not too crowded (it may be different in the summer) and it's easy to wander around away from the main crowds.

Copenhagen is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.

Copenhagen is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. So many great places to explore, from the cozy harbor area with its quaint little restaurants to nice department stores, churches, museums etc. The people are incredibly friendly and there is so much to do. Be aware though that you definitely need a credit card. Pretty much everyone asks you to pay with that, even small market stands selling roasted almonds. We didn't bring any Danish Kronen, and didn't need them either. Tips usually are included in prizes, we only had one restaurant where you were able to add a tip during the payment. This is such a beautiful town with so much to see, and much of it can be explored by foot or with the convenient public transport system. Definitely worth a trip!

Hotel was litterly a 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The metro ran every 5 minutes, it took you to the city centre where you could change lines for the airport and beyond! Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and happy to answer any questions about the city. Hotel was super modern, clean and it very great value for your money considering how expensive Copenhagen is. Proably the cheapest part of our holiday! Would recommend it to anyone looking to explore the city within a budget and I would book again.

The hotel is in the perfect location - in the city centre and close to the Metro! The hotel was kind enough to upgrade our room as it was one of our birthdays. The room was big with a king size bed and an amazing view! We enjoyed being able to control the room via the iPad. It was very straight forward and easy to use. The bar upstairs did nice food and cocktails. Also, there are free umbrellas and luggage storage at the entrance. I would recommend this hotel and if I ever return to Copenhagen we will be staying again!

The Go Hotel Østerport is incredibly well located. Directly above the Østerport train station which has direct links to Copenhagen Airport and Malmo. The hotel also has a large supermarket opposite and the hotel is a short walk to the city centre/old town. The Railway Sleeper 90/90 rooms were comfortable and clean.

Stones throw away from the central metro station. Metros run 24/7 so no matter what time you land into Copenhagen you can reach the hotel by this metro. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to Tivoli Gardens and into the city centre so it's a pretty good location.
