The best place to relax in the world. A place like a sanatorium, where everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A sense of care in every thing that lies in the right place with the right color. This is not just a room for rent, this is a place to relax and enjoy the soul. Quiet road, separate entrance from the street, separate huge veranda with panoramic windows, I want to see Danish nature over a cup of tea on this veranda. In front of the veranda there is a well-kept garden with apple trees and a place for a grill. You don't want to leave thid place and Randers. The most wonderful hostess!

Old timey city center with some half-timbered houses and...

Old timey city center with some half-timbered houses and generally traditional architecture. The streets are kinda narrow which gives you a comfy feeling. The rest of the city is very spaced out, however, which is to say everything is pretty distanced from each other which means you have to get used to walking, and the trainstation is 10-15 min walk from the city center. I think the best way to describe Randers is that the local H&M doesn't have a male section but they have a very modern cinema. Food was fine. 20 DKK beer at the old irish (Pilsner).

No real Italian restaurant in all of Randers in Denmark's...

No real Italian restaurant in all of Randers in Denmark's 6th largest city. Embarrassing. There are FEKS of them in Vejle, Silkeborg, Horsens, Koding and much smaller towns. There is also no Cafe with lunch and good pastries besides the chain Lagkagehuset. You can also get that elsewhere.

We just needed a place to sleep and didn't actually stay in the room anymore during those days. But when you got there in the evening it was nice to be able to relax and get the sleep you needed.

The bed in room 15 was incredibly lovely.

The bed in room 15 was incredibly lovely. The staff was super nice and we could bring our lovely 10 year old border collie with us. I would rather have 3 lovely weeks in this place than a 5 star hotel, because here it was warm and cozy and you felt comfortable and could cook a little food yourself if you wanted. There was a house book that said you had to clean the...

There was a house book that said you had to clean the bathroom and kitchen, including washing the fridge and freezer, which actually didn't work well. We didn't do it because nothing was mentioned in it when we booked the stay.

Randers is an exciting city.

Randers is an exciting city. There is the fallen lady, if you like that 😂. The rainforest, the Elvis museum, restaurants such as the sailing club, Skovbakken, Gaia papaya, café Jens Otto. All worth a visit. Hvidstens inn is also not to be missed. The city center and the pedestrian zone are also worth a visit. There is also a large indoor center. But don't forget the lovely nature around Randers.

Super Breakfast, very nice Dinning Room. Nice and modern decoration combined with classic elements and in a classic setting. Hotel Restaurant was nice with good level and service minded. Specially the Fish was good. The Hotel has their own Parking which is recommended, easy and not expensive. Setting is in a Pedestrian Zone in the Center, so better park the car in Parking enjoy the City Center.
