Mauad Hotel Boutique - a perfect place! We stayed 2 nights at Mauad Hotel and it was perfect: the pictures show exactly the reality, everything new and clean. Every aspect of the hotel is exquisite and is truly a 5 star establishment! The assistance and service provided by the staff surpassed our expectations and has created a memorable positive impression (5 star plus). They truly excel at their profession. A notable mention and recognition goes to Melissa Rubio and Laura Jimenez at the front desk, who went beyond their call of duty. Also the porter and the server at breakfast were great! Thank you!

Hotel Villa Colonial is in a great location in Zona Colonial. It's in a safe area. The facilities are so beautiful, comfortable and retain a homey atmosphere. We stayed in room 200 and it was very hot because the AC faces to the door so the room doesn't get cold. This however was resolved when we got a fan ASAP which made it more comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, fresh and very homely. I was really impressed by the quality and presentation of the room. The staff were so nice especially the two gentleman at the front, one has excellent English and translated for us. Another lady with braid hair was also so sweet. The cleaners and other staff at the hotel were friendly and I would recommend the hotel for this reason. The location was very good as we were next to the Colonial area, sea and everything was in reach! Beautiful hotel!

What a wonderful hotel! And staff! Gorgeous large room, perfect placement in Zona Colonial, all was close and safe. I was a solo traveller and hotel's staff was very helpful to give me tips about the city. I loved the fact that you didnt need a key or card to enter your room, just your code that you set up for yourself. Coffee and tea and breakfast was perfect. I am definitely staying here again and see you very soon.
