This place is perfect for people who want an authentic experience in the Egyptian country side. I really enjoyed getting away from the tourist cities and seeing the real Egyptian country life. Peter and his family are very welcoming and hospitable. People in the village are very friendly and welcoming as well. They will be very curious about you, just as everything in the village will be new and interesting for you, you will be new and interesting to the people in the village.

Beautiful locational on the bank of the Nile and next to a small, ancient and interesting church. Also well located for archaeological sites. The staff were superb. Extremely nice people and the food plentiful and delicious. A super stay.
