I loved everything about this place! The rooms are Nubian style houses beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and very comfortable, surrounded by plants and flowers which give this place such a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere. The owner is an amazing person who made me feel at home, and helped me in everyway possible. The possibility on cooking own food or ordering a meal was super convenient and delicious. The breakfast was very good too and plentiful!

The staff were incredibly friendly and cooperative, always going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The atmosphere was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Plus, the place was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

The view was amazing but above all the staff went above and beyond. A especial thank you to the staff, once you leave the place you will go home with good memories and as well the friendship from the owner. I recommend this stay to anyone that wants to spend days in Egypt near the pyramids. Well located outside the caotic traffic jams of Cairo and the same near everything.

Very nice house, even better than the pictures. Directly across the street from Sahure pyramids and surrounded by horse farms. Beautiful yard and garden for relaxing outside. The host made us feel like family, he was so welcoming and kind, helping us graciously. Highly recommended!

We loved our 4 night stay at Giza Palace Pyramid View. A peaceful oasis just outside the main tourist area of Giza. It took max 10 -15 minutes in an uber to drive to the Pyramids (remember to ask for the main entrance). A bit longer to the amazing GEM Museum (extremely worthwhile) and 20 - 30 minutes into downtown Cairo to do King Tutankhamen. The breakfast was amazing! Now we are in Luxor I am really missing it. We ate all the raw vegetables that came with breakfast and everything was washed fresh, so no sickness bugs. We also ordered the evening meals (my grilled fish was really good). Everyone liked it. Kids loved the pasta (and I have very picky kids). They offered lots of tours, but we chose to just uber direct. We didn't get a guide and in hindsight one for the GEM would have been good. Assume several hours for the GEM. We had 3hrs and stayed to eat as well. If we didn't have the kids we'd definitely have done some of the trips and the night cruise, but with the kids it wasn't worth it for us. Central Giza is almost as busy and crazy traffic as Cairo, so it was so nice being slightly further out. Just a couple on minutes to walk to a very safe ATM (police there all the time). I'd say we are hardened travellers, don't mind haggling and tend to be savy to a hustle, but I was glad we were not in the thick of it. Our uber cost less than £1.50 each time. The drivers where always nice and wanted the good reviews. Very comfortable beds. Good hot showers. We had a bath as well, which was nice for the kids. We used the air conditioning unit to heat the room as it was cold at night. Soon nice and warm. Pool spotless. Obviously cold in February, but my kids got in all the same. I took shortie wetsuits for the kids, which was such a brilliant decision in the end. No burning and loads of warm fun in the Pool. That's it, I can't think of anything else to write. Very safe area, very nice hotel, friendly staff. Loved it.

The room were Nice, The ac worked great. The cleanliness were top notch all over, and the staff were great to us. Omar and the rest of the staff were over the top, Anything we needed they fixed, we got accompanied to the local store by one of the staff. they arranged tours for us which were amazing. So in the week there I felt everything really exceeded my expectations. I got to see everything I wanted to see in Cairo and the hotel were an amazing place to relax after a long day out in the desert heat. The rooms were pretty much as pictured here on the site as well. And the restaurant on the rooftop were the best place to finish the day, great food, great staff and great views.

Clean and tidy place...friendly and courteous staff...the hotel decor is wonderful...and the hotel location is ideal...the rooms were clean...and the view of the pyramids was very good...the breakfast was sweet and varied... ...and the view from the roof is fantastic

From the very moment I arrived at the hotel I was treated like royalty. I was given a truly personalised, VIP introduction and welcome to the hotel by the courteous, exceptionally professional staff who simply could not do enough for me. To my delight my suite was was upgraded to a Nile-facing one and the view was utterly jaw-dropping. Every member of staff I encountered, from management, security, front desk, bar staff and particularly Mohammed, the Scores bar manager, were truly wonderful and I was made to feel like the most important customer they had ever had. The breakfast was absolutely superb. I was unexpectedly upgraded to having a breakfast by the wonderful hotel staff (having booked my stay without breakfast). The range of options available was exceptional catering for every permutation of dietary needs and references. I was accommodated in a large dining room with absolutely no fuss and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. One of the best breakfast experiences I have ever had in a hotel. A truly blissful experience, and in my opinion, any othe hotel in Cairo would hard pressed to provide a better service than this hotel provided for me.

The staff was great (even helped me when my wallet fell from the taxi), the hotel is very confortable and the hotel restaurants provide good meals with great value (which is very handy so you don't have to leave the hotel to eat dinner).
