I was a little apprehensive booking a 2 star hotel but it was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable just 20 steps away from the sandy beach and sea. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Mahmoud in particular took great care of me. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were included and although not a massive selection, (as in some hotel in Egypt I’ve stayed at), it was more than adequate and every meal I had was very good. Tea, coffee, juice and water were readily available but alcohol was not, I bought any drinks I wanted from the hotel next door, which wasn’t a problem. I will definitely be returning to Sun Beach.

The words are not enough to describe how nice it was. I have been treated like a queen during all my stay. Therefore I initially booked for 2 days but decided to stay for a week. I am so grateful to Mr Saad who did all his best to make my stay an amazing one. He took care of any single demand meticulously. Head chef’s mushroom risotto was delightfully tasty, humus is another super taste to try. All waiters were friendly and respectful, Assad, Romany, Nader, Mohammed and Ali are few names that I could remember with their exceptional services besides many others. The room was so clean, house keeping surprised me with different animal figures every day. Lisa and Leo from the animation team did their best me to participate at the events. The clientele of the hotel is silent and respectful to each other which I think is one of the most important things during one’s stay. The beach is amazing, water is crystal clear with not many fish, just ideal for someone with galeophobia like me. Thank you all for everything, I will come back at the very first occasion.

Dear Christine. I sent this message to the hotel!!! Read it! Good afternoon!!! I'm going to leave a few comments about our stay at the JAZ Soma Beach hotel! First: I want to highlight Christine at the front desk! We had a few problems and she was attentive and willing to help us with everything! In fact, she solved absolutely everything for us!! I've traveled a small part of the world and I've never been so well treated and considerate as by Christine! She was so generous and kind! She made our stay even more beautiful! She is the best ever!! Our stay was a dream come true thanks to her. Also worth mentioning are the waiters at the restaurant and the entertainment staff! Shaaban at the pool! He was the best! And also the beach staff and the cleaning man! Very clean and very polite. This is a hotel I will recommend to my fellow Argentinians! I don't think anyone from Argentina has come to Hurghada yet! I have many important contacts in Argentina and I will share my experience with you so that you can stay at your hotel!!! If I return to Egypt, it will be at your JAZ Soma Beach hotel!! Mahmoud is really nice and chill person. We had lovely 3 nights here with amazing views. Fully equipped kitchen, extremely clean room. Soma Bay is definitely one of the best places at Red Sea to chill, to relax. We will back again.
