I left my wallet with passport/credit-cards/license/cash in the back seat of a taxi that brought us from Palma airport to Andratx. The hotel owner/manager managed to trace the taxi next day, collected the wallet from the taxi in Palma and had it delivered to me free of charge to Andratx. That is 5-star customer service!! Hotel was very clean and central.

Out of the way location but lovely. Nice interior, comfy beds, and good shower. Lovely walk up the steep hill at the back of the prooerty with beautiful views at the top. We visited in the winter so did not use the outside but the heating was very efficient which was very useful for evenings and mornings.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Finca Can Estades in Palma de Mallorca, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment i arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that made me feel instantly at home. The finca is a beautifully restored country house with so much character — every corner tells a story, and the attention to detail is impeccable. Breakfasts were a true highlight: fresh, local, and lovingly prepared. Enjoying them on the terrace with the morning sun and birdsong was pure bliss. The pool area is serene and never crowded, offering total relaxation with breathtaking views. What truly sets Finca Can Estades apart, however, is the hosts. Their kindness, professionalism, and passion for what they do elevate the entire experience. They were always available with helpful recommendations, thoughtful touches, and warm conversation. If you’re looking for a soulful, relaxing, and authentic Mallorcan experience, I can’t recommend Finca Can Estades highly enough. I’m already dreaming of my next visit

The hotel met all recommendations. It is a real gem. Total tranquillity and unreal views. We were given a lovely room with a large private terrace. Where I wanted to spend all my time. The hosts are wonderful and warm people. The first moment we arrived, I really wanted to cry with happiness. It's a pity we only spent the last two nights of our holiday here, but it was a great experience and we will definitely be back again sometime.

    Very clean, comfortable accommodation and surroundings and...

    Very clean, comfortable accommodation and surroundings and very pleasant hosts. While the facilities are basic, it is exactly what we wanted and expected and were very pleased with the peace and quiet. Very remote but as we were not hiking and Andratx is a short drive away this was never a problem. Excellent, value for money evening meal which we were able to enjoy in the company of other guests. Some issues with maintenance but hosts have confirmed that these will be addressed immediately and ongoing. Certainly considering a slightly longer stay in the future.

    Patrick is a little eccentric but very kind natured. This is an off-grid house rather than a hotel so don’t expect luxuries like unlimited water. It sits in private gardens but don’t be put off by the daunting “Privado” signs…. We were made welcome, enjoyed a superb 3 course dinner, and were sold bottled waste to top up ahead of a long section on GR221.

The pool and garden area is spacious and attractive, providing ample room for spending time with large groups. The house is privately used throughout the year, which means the kitchens are very well-equipped.

    Excellent property in a great location. Port Andratx is just a few minutes away in a taxi, with very nice restaurants. The Villa is very well equipped,very clean and tidy.
