The town is tiny, so not much to do there, but there is a...

The town is tiny, so not much to do there, but there is a great bird-watching lagoon nearby (not a bird-watcher myself, but my mother envied me coming over, so I assume it's a bit of a famous place). Still pretty nice to visit the bird watching stops to enjoy some of the tranquillity of nature. I stayed for just one night on my way to Madrid, but if I needed to a place to just cool down for a bit, it would be a nice place to stay for a few more nights.

It was perfectly located to stop overnight between the north of Spain and the Costa Blanca. We arrived by ferry, so it was nice to stop half-way, just 15 minutes' drive off the A23. Very remote, but wonderful views from our room and very peaceful ; also the road to it was very good and straight there. It was dog friendly too, which was perfect for us. They had their own car park in front of the hotel, so that was good. Very spacious rooms with a very big bathroom.

A really well made hotel converted from an old grain silo. Surprisingly elegant for a town that seems like the middle of nowhere. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, the food in the restaurant was tasty.

The hotel is small and basic but had all facilities needed, a restaurant and a bar. The bed was a little small but comfortble. It was the perfect place for an overnight stop on a long journey. Recommend it
