Better than some 5 star hotels, this place is simply amazing, they are caring and super kind, providing everything that you might need. Location is also perfect, comfy bed, amazin roof top bar, cannot wish for better. Will definitely come back

We liked everything! The location was excellent, in the heart of old town, all sightseeing were around the corner. The staff at reception was extremely helpful, they provided us with a list of restaurants of their choice to visit, that was very handy. When we were checking in, we've got an upgrade to a better room, which turned out to be a luxury suit. The hotel itself was very well maintained, rooms were spacious, clean, furnished perfectly.

The hotel has a great design and is very well located - 15 min walk from Ruzafa district and close to the old town but away from its noise and hassle. The room design is great and especially the spacious bathroom with a fantastic shower. We had a great stay!

I loved the classic appearance and elegance of the hotel. The staff were efficient knowledgable and courteous. The classical ambience of the hotel was outstanding. It’s location in the centre of the Old Town of Valencia is first class and all the classical sights are a short walk away.

It was good location, good breakfast, close to city centre...

It was good location, good breakfast, close to city centre and very comfortable with helpful staff that had good english. It was not easy to find hotel as its a bit out of the way and hard to locate initially.

Benetúser is about half an hour from the center.

Benetúser is about half an hour from the center. Public transport is not efficient enough to get to and from the center of Valencia every day, especially at night. It is useful if you want to take the local train as it has a stop to go towards Xàtiva and other nearby towns.

Everything was as I expected, the only thing missing was a small refrigerator in the room. The hotel is 5 minutes' walk from the train station, which takes 5 minutes to reach the main train station, which is the center of the city. In general, I am very satisfied with the cleanliness, breakfast and staff. I would stay at this hotel again!

Poor air conditioning, 19" TV mounted above the door frame.

Poor air conditioning, 19" TV mounted above the door frame. It was too high and far from the bed. The TV remote didn't work. A family was trapped in the elevator. They claim to have 4 stars, but I would give it 2 stars for €105 per night plus €8 for parking.

A small town very close to Valencia city center, just a 10-minute drive away. I think if you want to do some sightseeing in Valencia, Benetusser is the perfect place to stay without spending too much money. By the way, I recommend you visit "Coccó Benetusser"—they have delicious pizzas.

The hotel Is in a quiet area 15mins drive from Valencia and you can park for free in the street or pay 8€ for their private parking. The bedroom is big and comfortable, we paid for a double and we had an extra bed too. You can rest well as it's not noisy at all. The breakfast is amazing! Good quality products and plenty of options. The pastries were delicious. The reception staff was very helpful and polite. They have a wood fire pizzeria at the hotel restaurant and they made really good pizzas!
