Quiet location in the old town. Room excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Towels changed daily. Safe included. Staff speak Spanish and English. Beach just a couple of hundred metres away. Some excellent restaurants nearby. Very safe. Star of Hotel Castillo is Fred. He was so helpful and caring. Went out of his way to show us to a fantastic tapas restaurant and arranged an out of hours breakfast when he found we were leaving early. Benidorm must be proud of Fred.

The hotel room is clean, modern & feels very safe. The hotel has pool and restaurant/bar which are essential for our stay. The breakfast was delicious and as well as the dinner buffet. The hotel is well maintained and the staffs are all friendly. Location also is perfect near the La Levante beach and the old town.

Excellent hotel. We felt very well, the beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, very quiet. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the beach, bars and restaurants, yet it was quiet. We would like to commend Angela at the reception for a very pleasant welcome. Excellent breakfast. We will definitely be happy to come back here.

Beautiful location and view. Very helpful staff. It is possible to drive there by car to put the luggage. Also you’ll need to drive through the pedestrian streets. Room is considerably small, but comfortable. Breakfast with a view was great!

The beach is nice and also the walks to serra levada natural...

The beach is nice and also the walks to serra levada natural park are accessible from the other side of the beach. The city seems to be build for hotels and tourists. The neighbouring city Albir is also easy to reach by bus 10, which takes you very near the serra gelada entrance on the Albir side, the cost for the bus is 1,60 euros in 2025.

I love the variety there is something for everybody if you want quiet you can go to the old town and if you want a bit more lively new town is the place, fantastic restaurants so everything is on the doorstep.

December was Still busy for this time of year, weather was much better than the uk sun ,Blue skies .Plenty of food and drink outlets New Town Planet Benidorm serves fantastic food home made chips and well worth the visit. For drinks would recomend Wiild Duck staff are brilliant . A quick breakfast @Lil Bobs on the beach front excellent Old Town very busy with the Xmas lights and the Xmas market on the beech front All in all had a great few days relaxing

I loved Benidorm I loved the beach, walking on the Promenade every day its so clean and well looked after. Very easy to get around the buses are brilliant, also the hop on hop off bus. I ate in most of the bars on the front as was there for 3 weeks and a few on the strip. The food and drink was very good in all and so cheap!! A lovely part of Spain.

Benidorm often gets a bad rap - often from people that have never been there. We went there twice this year, From our perspective, we always felt safe at any time of the day or night. The strip area can seem a little rough at night but we experienced nothing but friendly people on it - particularly British revellers - they were all kind, friendly and easy to get along with. Benidorm is a massive resort - the strip area is less that 1% of it - there is lots to do elsewhere for everyone. Both beaches and promenades are beautiful and well equipped - ideal for a morning walk. The Old town is beautiful and buzzing with locals and tourists and everyone seemed happy! There are over 1000 restaurants and 2000 bars in Benidorm - food and drinks are really cheap - at least 50% lower prices than Ireland or the UK. We plan to return in the near future.

its not for everyone and while we enjoyed the old town the bars and clubs on the strip were just a bit overpowering , fine if you like that kinda thing . otherwise the beaches were lovely, long and golden and there are some great bars and restaurants in the old town

We have stayed at the hotel before and like it. It is clean and tidy and the staff are lovely. My parents stay there for a few weeks during the winter months so we fly out to see them. The room was big and clean. The restaurant has plenty of choice of food. The drinks in the bar are very reasonably priced, although we went all inclusive, other family members have joined us so they purchased drinks. The location is in between the new town and old town so both are easily reachable. I thought it was very good value for money and will stay again.

Good powerful shower, small deep bath! Short few hundred meter walk to the beach front. Short stroll to Tapas Ally & The Mediterranean Balcony ! You can use the facilities at the sister Hotel - The Benidorm Plaza - pool, bar, restaurant etc!

The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach and only a short walk to the old town or the new town. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of good quality food.
