They had a wonderful time. The facilities were excellent and the staff were very friendly. The pool and spa services were great, My parents enjoyed their massage/face treatments. The hotel has historical parts from the old factory, giving it a nice atmosphere. Nicely decorated, with great views and above all the staff service was incredible and made my parents feel special. Delicious food in a modern restaurant with very attentive staff. Also able to eat in the bar area frequented by tourists as well as locals. Lovely staff at reception.
