Property Excellent property . Clean , spacious and modern . Lovely garden and seating areas . Fantastic pool. Brilliant utility room which is great for a family . Overall 5 star . Location I have stayed all over menorca over the years and I think the area is a real hidden gem . Quiet and tranquil but has great bus service so you can be in cuitadella (beautiful old town with restaurants,bars, historic buildings etc) or Cala en Bosch ( marina , restaurants , bars, etc) literally in minutes. They are in walking distance but I travelled with my young family and it was very hot . Within a few minutes walk is a cluster of the best beaches menorca has to offer with 3 very good restaurants ( try the steakhouse next to the beach you won’t be disappointed) . Host The host Joan and his wife do live below , but don’t let that put you off . How the villa is set out you wouldn’t know he was there . He tends the pool and gardens daily ,early in the morning so doesn’t disturb anyone. I actually found him being there to be an asset. He took me to the supermarket on arrival and gave me a tour of the surrounding areas , showed me all the bus routes and booked me taxis when requested. Also when my daughter came home earlier than us 1 night and struggled to open the door , 1 quick message and he was there to help . So as I said an asset to have . To sum up great property, lovely location and fantastic host . I would definitely return.

The location was perfect. So central. The hotel has a little plunge pool in a courtyard. The bed was extremely comfortable and our friend had a lovely terrace off her room. The general vibe was relaxed and welcoming.

Our stay could not be better. The hotel is so nice - it’s situated in the heart of the old town, it has everything you need, A/C worked perfectly while it was 42 degrees outside. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, breakfasts are better than you can imagine. I would return there just for a breakfast. If I could give a special award - I would give it to the team. They were so great! They were super efficient in everything - from helping us finding the parking over WhatsApp to sending us lists of restaurants and places. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. I hope to come back here. Thank you team Artemisia!

We hired a car, It was a good location to go and visit other...

We hired a car, It was a good location to go and visit other parts of the Island, which we did. And parking wasn't a problem. There is a good selection of restaurants in Cala Blanca, which is about a 6 minute drive. On the last day we found a supermarket in Sa Caleta, about a 5 minute drive. If I remember rightly it was called Viscount. (A bit pricey) A 10 minute drive to the industrial poligono on the outskirts of Ciutadella had all the main supermarkets from Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi and Dia (No tourist prices which I liked) and a petrol station

Our 2nd time staying in the area and we still can't get...

Our 2nd time staying in the area and we still can't get enough. The beaches are great really safe for children and lots of amenities. The sunsets are breathtaking. So much choice for food and all great quality we can't wait to come back

The property was comfortable and well equipped with everything necessary to spend one week in Menorca. We really appreciate the host availability and precise indications upon arrival. It was great to find some waters, cola and coffe left for us in the apartment when we arrived. We have highly appreciated the outdoor shower and space, barbecue, tv with Netflix integrated and the available equipments for the beach (umbreallas, rackets). It is a highly recommended apartment to anyone who is wishing to spend one great week in Menorca!

Incredible location, extremely clean and beautiful. Restaurant downstairs was lovely and staff were absolutely amazing - so hospitable and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and it overlooks the bay. 50m from the beach and it is a beautiful area with cute little beach bars.

It has a great location, walking distance to two different beaches. The atmospher, the pool and the veranda of the room is nice. Their café is a big plus. The rooms are a bit old, but there is everything you need.
