They didn’t ensure the property was warm by switching on the heating before we arrived with 2 small children. They house was really cold and when we switched on all the radiators and the hot water the power went out. We had to call them to get this resolved and the house was never actually warm enough. We were all cold so bad value for money and bad experience all in all.

Lovely apartment with good facilities for all our needs including WiFi, cooking, laundry, secure parking, etc. The main living area has air conditioning and a large smart TV with apps such as Netflix as well as local channels. Great location with the beach only 5 minutes walk away. There are also a couple of large supermarkets a few minutes walk away. There are plenty of Restaurants nearby, however as we stayed in late September a lot of places either only opened during the day or were shut for the end of the summer. Our host Romana was very good with communication, sending good information for access to the apt and answering any questions we had.

Isolated and dead place in winter even if just a few km from Valencia. The place is affected by the presence of the nearby town of Sagunto and Porto Sagunto, a high crime area, and the police are constantly checking it, which is not pleasant at all.the really beautiful beaches are lit with headlights at night, which ruin the landscape.

Canet d’en Berenguer is a somewhat soulless beach resort built entirely over the past 50 years with many low rise apartment blocks. At the opposite end from the marina there are some up market detached homes in contrast to the rest of the over developed town. With almost 100% Spanish clientèle it’s quite authentic. We ate at the Sarabella Canet situated behind the Consum supermarket where we ate well and enjoyed good service. It was almost empty other than our party which was surprising as it was the height of the season. There are several restaurants and bars and a couple of supermarkets but other than the usual tourist market evenings along the promenade not a lot of shopping opportunities. A great outdoor market on a Sunday morning with local produce and clothing is well worth a visit.

A place with a unique charm, the beaches are super calm and the atmosphere in the town is super peaceful, great to go with children and family, it has many restaurants to eat and the food is 10 in all of them.

Canet de Berenguer is a small apartment town where mainly Spanish people spend their holidays. It has a gentle entrance to the sea, which is ideal for a holiday with children. You will find two large supermarkets and many smaller eating establishments.

Be aware that the restaurant was closed; I had to go out again to find another one. There was only one bath towel in the room, and no paper towels for personal hygiene (there used to be some). The wait at reception was very long, with only one person there. The cleanliness was not up to the standard of a supposed 4-star hotel. I will not be returning. It's a shame, as the location is lovely.

The location is very good, close to the sea, close to big shops(Mercadona and Consum), the whole apartment is very big, big TV, utensils, almost everything you would need to stay here. When I was there the pool was under renovation, but the gym was exactly what you need for a vacation. You have lots of parking spaces, free in front or at the hotels garage for 10 euro per night.

The Hotel is just in front of the beach. I liked the room because it looked like a small apartment, but really comfortable, clean and relatively big. Gentle staff and for end of May very few people at the beach.
