A trip in time! Like visiting grandma at her farm. You need to think, that this is a 3 star hotel and for that what was offered was beyond expectations. Joan was very attentive and willing to help wherever he could. The breakfast was big, very good and fresh with great local products. There was even a hair dryer (what is not always the case by 3*). Nice garden with pool. In summer surely great to relax!

Summum is a wonderfully relaxing and beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of a lovely little medieval village. Marta is such a great host, giving us lots of information about local sights and the best places to eat. The hotel itself is perfect, it’s easily one of the best we have stayed in.

Stunning, everything is perfect and had the wow factor. The food in the restaurant blew me away, I am vegetarian and despite most the menu being meat there were some amazing options for me. Bedroom was huge and cosy, decorated modern but earthy. Spa massage was incredible, yoga in the morning fab! Electric bikes on site for your use. I travel alot and love a fancy hotel so my standards can be pretty high, this place exceeds expectations.

Time in AATU was amazing. Fantastic garden with flowers and singing birds was the best afternoon relax. All the time supported by lovely lady who runs the hotel who shared with us great ideas for sightseeing. She also took time and shown her hospitality during each breakfast time, so it was great culinary and hospitality experience. And at the end Bimba ( little dog) who were welcoming us when coming back each day from sighseeing tour and day at the beach. Amazing place to visit again.

    We didn't visit the village as we were only staying one night en route to Madrid. The property has a lot of land, gardens, decent parking, two pools, etc. Wonderful views from the large terraces. It is a very grand property with a lot of character.

    Stunning property, great care with every little detail. The view from our terrace (Colibri) was breathtaking. Pool and pool area was spotless. Our reception on arrival was more like going to friends than going to a hotel. Impeccable hospitality. We were meeting friends to celebrate a birthday and all 12 of us agreed that we had never had a better meal. The service was flawless without being stuffy and the food was out of this world. Breakfast next morning was delicious. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

    The place is so unique. Fabulous interior, comfortable room and bed. Even though the Main part is from 1200 the place is very well equipped and the water pressure is better than most 4 ⭐️ hotels. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the dogs and the rural surroundings. Breakfast and especially Dinner were delicious which i would recommend to try. Definitely will stay again when I’m in the area.

    We stayed just for a night but we would like to stay longer. It's a very interesting concept to bring the people to dine together at a common table. We had a lot of fun with the people we met there. The food quality was rural but very good, especially the variety of cheese! The hotel itself has the flair of the old. We loved it!
