The hostess was very welcoming and friendly, also informative and helped me get a taxi with my average spanish and her little english, super helpful. Bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed. The property is very close to the beautiful historical area, which has many options for food and drink.

I had an upgrade, so my experience was probably even better than it would have been normally, but this was one of the best places I've ever been to: a very spacious, extremely clean, comfortable, fully equipped suite. Unfortunately I only stayed one night.

The room was very cozy, and we had a nice view from the balcony. Also, it was easy to find a free of charge parking spot nearby. The best thing was that when we told to the manager (or the owner, probably) that we need to check out at 5 am due to the early flight, he prepared us a breakfast for the morning (sandwiches, yogurts and fruit) which was a nice surprise as we thought we’re going to miss the breakfast despite it’s included in the price. We’re very happy with this experience, it was definitely the right choice!

Very beautiful hotel with a perfect roof top swimming pool and bar in the centre of Santa Cruz. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, the breakfast is delicious. I would like to say thank you for the Roof Top bar's crew, they helped me a lot to organise my proposal:) Thank you Guys! We will definetaly come back!

Everything from start to finish was a 10 out of 10. Amazing service, we got a complimentary upgrade to one of the junior suites which was unexpected and great. It's a huge suite, spotless and exceptionally comfortable. Will definitely revisit.
