The staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. The cafeteria did nice meals at an affordable cost and breakfast was buffet style and had fresh breads, fruits and coffee.

We were worried having read other reviews about the hotel being tired. However it must have been refurbished during lockdown. The setting is lovely, three hotels situated around the thermal pool/jacuzzi/plunge pool. Both cafe’s serve excellent food and good prices too. Breakfast in the hotel was normal continental, bread, cheese, ham, fruit, orange juice & tea/coffee, all really fresh. Beds are sooo comfy, memory foam mattress and pillows.The underground spa/thermal experiences is lovely but, to be honest as you get the outside thermal pool in with the hotel, it’s not worth paying for, just my opinion. I have more pics of the inside but unable to upload as none are of bathroom or bedroom. Uploads are a little limited

We was in the hotel Balneario for 3 days with my girlfriend and we pass an excellent time in the Circuito termale and on the playa pool. Good price for what you receive. Mari Carmen in the restaurant hotel Balneario is an excellent person and will take care of you .

we stayed here for a few nights to visit some properties in the area. We eventually found the building and block not very easy to find in the dark! We found the place when entering dirty and run down. The apartment itself was very basic, we had to ask for a kettle, no oven in the property just a hob which found very bizzare. The rooms smelt mouldy and we didn't feel clean. The price we paid we thought was expensive for the place itself, so disappointed with that. We in the end didnt like the area of fortuna so we wont be visiting again.
