Amazing complex!!! We had a big villa, with wonderful big rooms and beds. Nice, clean bathrooms, big balconies... And bottle of champain. Poos were very clean, very nice gardens, lovely restaurant. Staff was helpful, breakfast was fantastic. I woul recommend this place. Thank you so much

Everything is good for the price. Location is good, 2 min from gas station open 24/7 (bp), cca 15 min from beautiful beaches, few restaurants nearby, good parking area, nice room, nice bed, clean, new towels when housekeeping cleaned, quiet. Late check in available. Anyways, all good, thank you, we recommend!

This really is a fabulous hotel. It's in a wonderful location and it felt like home in a way that very few hotels manage, for me anyway. The room was very spacious and comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The bathroom was big with a large walk-in shower. We had a lovely terrace with views of the beach and town. Breakfast was very good and the communal terraces were never too crowded and the steps into the sea were a real advantage.

I liked so much this hotel, good reception staff, they also speak English, nice, comfortable, clean, large room with balcony, comfortable beds, bathroom in the room is also large and clean, very good meals with enough variated food from my point of view; ocean view from the balcony was also nice; even though there are no sand beaches in the surrounding of the hotel, it's nice to see volcanic stone chunks on the shore and blue water; I also appreciate the correctness of staff because I arrived in the evening at the hotel, therefore, I missed the lunch on the arrival day, but the staff told me no problem, you can take the lunch on the check out day instead. I felt very well during my accommodation time unlike in the past when I was accommodated to other locations, so, doubtlessly, I will come back :)

We chose Barcelo for our honeymoon and we definitely made the right decision. The hotel is beautifully designed, the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet and we could try various activities offered for free (aqua gym, tennis, dancing classes, concerts - additionaly they would also organize small trips, workshops and activities for children). The hotel has a gym, sport courts, a souvenir shop, pool bars - 3 euro for a glass of wine, 6 euro for a cocktail for eg) and a la carte restaurants which you can book through their app. There are several pools to swim in and relax and sunbeds for everyone. Guests can also access a nearby beach. It is close to TFS airport and you could spot some airplanes nearby but nothing disturbing. The hotel was a good starting place for trips across the island and as we rented a car, we benefited from the parking lot available. We had half board included in the room rate (breakfast-water, coffee, tea, fresh juices included and dinner-no drinks included) and it was ok for us as we were usually travelling around for lunch time. You could upgrade to all inclusive anytime (lunch and drinks included). The buffet was varied and you could find something tasty for everyone (local specialties, chicken, beef, pork, fish, fruits and vegetables, sweets, but also vegetarian and no sugar options included). The staff (reception, restaurants, bars and housekeeping) was super helpful and we felt taken care of. We were spoiled with welcome and goodbye treats which were a bonus. :)

The staff was very friendly, always smiling. The pools were great and warm. The kids pool area is especially great for families visiting with kids. The breakfast was also very nice with lots of options. Great ocean view from the room. Taxi came very quickly when ordered from reception. Overall, would definitely recommend for family vacation.
