As soon as we stepped into the hotel, we were captivated by its rustic beauty. The building retains the traditional Spanish style, with white facades framed by carved wood, terracotta-tiled roofs, and vibrant flowers decorating the exterior. Each room maintains this traditional aesthetic, offering a perfect blend of refinement and comfort. Large windows allow the gentle sunlight to flood in. The hotel’s atmosphere is enhanced by impeccable hospitality. The staff, always attentive and smiling, made us feel at home, providing recommendations to help us discover the beauty of the place even more. Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast in a charming dining room. This hotel is not just a place to stay but a true journey into the tradition and elegance of the Canary Islands. Every detail, from the wooden furniture to the courtyard with a pool, creates a sense of tranquility and authenticity. It is a place where past and present intertwine seamlessly, offering a truly memorable experience.

A wonderful family hotel! The rooms were very clean, with daily housekeeping. The food was absolutely delicious — everything, from the ingredients to the baked goods, was always fresh and tasty. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The heated pool was perfect, even on cooler days, making swimming enjoyable no matter the weather. There were fun entertainment shows every day at the pool and in the restaurant in the evenings — we were never bored! The staff were very professional and efficient. The service in the restaurant was especially impressive — the waiters worked incredibly fast and managed to be everywhere at once. Everything ran like clockwork. The hotel is located a bit away from the city, so if you want to stroll along the promenade, it’s about a 20–30 minute walk. However, taxis in the city are very cheap — around €7 from the promenade to the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linens were soft and pleasant to sleep in. Unfortunately, the hotel has poor sound insulation. We often heard sirens from ambulances or police cars on the nearby road, as well as the noise of passing traffic. It’s possible our villa was too close to the road, and other accommodations might be better in terms of soundproofing. You can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms — even people snoring! That said, it didn’t ruin our experience. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel for families with children!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. While I went for a 10 day hike, I left part of my luggage with them, so no need to hassle with finding a locker in a city in the area. The hotel is close to the airport and other cities, making it a great location to venture Tenerife. Public transportation is also good from and to Buzanada.

Location is excellent especially for water sports lovers as it's completely on the beach which is main spot. Walking area by the beach is nice to go into town, plenty places where to eat. Breakfast has many things to choose of, very beautiful and calming pool area. Stuff was helpfull, they have private parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed every single day in the hotel. We loved our spacious, bright, perfectly clean and comfortable room with a lovely balcony offering a breathtaking view of the ocean. The hotel is offering all the facilities one could imagine for exceptional rest and entertainment. Very good tasty high quality food , always freshly prepared and constantly being refilled at high demand times. Fantastic, very welcoming staff is always there for you to make sure you're having a great time here. Excellent management for sure, keeping an eye on every detail of the smoothly running system. Director' door was always open :) We opted for MY FAVOURITE CLUB option, so on top of all we could also enjoy some privacy in special designated areas for the dining, taking sun bath and relaxing in the very cosy lounge. I think we found our hotel.
