Very clean and the host was very welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I had forgotten something very essential and they didn't hesitate to go to the local market to get it for me. Also a cute little cafe nearby that does nice food with friendly people. Highly reccomend. Will visit again when in tenerife.

Dear Medano team, specially Helena, thank you so much for you hospitality and personal approach! all was perfect! My parents enjoyed the hotel: the room was clean and had all nessesary equipment, balcony with amazing view, breakfast was varied. Everything perfect!! The hotel was really all inclusive. My room was very spacious, with nice ocean view and lovely sounds of vawes. Workers are extremly nice, helpful and friendly! I arrived at 10 AM (check in is at 3 PM). They took my bags so I could walk around without my baggage. They even gave me some bracelet so I could already use their restaurant without paying anything extra. The complex is very nice, with few swimming pools, everyday they are organising some program (kids disco, casino, flamenco,etc.) Big choice of what to eat, wine also in all inclusive (not too good kind of wine but for an free wine, its ok). Few restaurants with different choices. Very clean room. Location as mentioned. Very near to the airport. Really relaxing atmosphere at Alua Hotel 👍🏻👌🏻 I would definetely come back and recommend to everyone! TV both in the room and in the living room! Great air condition (both to make cold or warm).

It is a really luxurious resort in a Mexican like style at the front of the ocean. We had a spacious suite with a really huge bed (>2m in width), jacuzzi, big terrace and ocean view. Also it was really nice to become a welcome present with champagne and dessert as we mentioned that we will be spending our honey week. As we had all inclusive all meals in the main restaurant and drinks on the territory of the hotel were included. The food was very delicious, varied and ingredients of high quality.
